Anthony illuminates the room with his presence. Anthony is waiting for his forever family to bring him home. Anthony is 2 years old. Like a true Aquarius; he has a free spirit and likes a lot of attention. He was exposed to drugs and CMV in utero and has significant delays as a result. Anthony is limited in his ability to move, turn, and track things but his favorite position is in the fetal position on a soft surface.

Although Anthony has quite a few delays; he has a fun loving character and will sometimes laugh uncontrollably. His laughter is very catchy and urges you to laugh along. He loves to be held and cuddled; he also enjoys the sound of music.

He is diagnosed with Cortical Blindness, Failure to thrive, G-tube dependent, non verbal, non ambulatory, Cerebral Palsy, and Mental Retardation. He needs a family that can give him a great deal of attention and provide the best environment possible for him to feel comfortable and pleased.

If you would like to take care of this wonderful child, please contact the Department of Children and Family Services.
