Richard "Eugene"

Richard, better known as “Eugene”, is an affectionate child. He is a comical youth who loves to laugh. Eugene is diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy but remains very active. He enjoys playing ball, running, swimming and coloring. With a curious and adventurous nature, Eugene is not afraid to try new things.

Enrolled in special education classes for students with moderate mental delays, his physical, emotional and behavioral needs are also addressed. Eugene is a special child who needs a caring, attentive and resourceful family, one who will remain committed to him while ensuring that all of his needs are being met. The ideal family will have experience in parenting children with significant medical and developmental needs.
