Percell describes himself as funny, cute, religious and dazzling. Very personable, friendly, easy to talk to and charming. He excels in anything musical and dances quite well. His career goal is to sing professionally and to work in the music industry, particularly in production. He also enjoys playing basketball and video games with his friends.
Percell is able to express himself clearly and meaningfully. In school, his positive attitude and determination to achieve academically have helped him earn A’s and B’s on his report card. His favorite classes are computer, science and history. Extra-curricular activities include playing on the school basketball team and participating in a dance club. He plans on attending college.
He has experienced many separations and losses and yearns to be adopted and have people who care about him. Percell feels that he has a lot to bring to an adoptive family. He would like families to know that he is a kind young man and says that religion has helped keep him focused on being a good person. “Everything would be more important to me if I had a permanent family,” he says.
He dreams about coming home to an adoptive family for the holidays. “That would be really great, just sitting there and eating together, and opening presents together.”
