Lamont came to the attention of Child & Family Services in August of 1995. He is a friendly child who always seems to be able to smile and laugh when someone is engaging him in conversation. Lamont loves to watch cartoons, be read to, and play with his toys. He is quite expressive and uses direct eye contact, possesses a sensitive affect to touch, and will cry when he is uncomfortable. This young man is in need of a loving home and a parent or parents who wish to adopt Lamont should have experience working with children that are medically challenged.
