Jack is a bright teenager who enjoys outdoor activities and friendships with his peers at school. He has a great personality and a variety of interests that he would like to share with a family. Jack needs a loving and committed family to reassure him and help prepare him for his future.
Jack is enrolled in an emotional support classroom and his behavior has consistently improved throughout this past school year. Jack enjoys school and really looks forward to spending time with friends and engaging in various projects and activities together. Jack also enjoys playing sports, growing vegetable gardens and playing video games. He loves to fish and hopes that he could find a family that loves fishing just as much as he does if not more.
Individual art therapy and on going involvement in the Big Brothers Program are two additional outlets which have enabled Jack to build new relationships and express himself in both a constructive and creative way. Jack has a great personality and as the "funny guy" he loves to make others laugh with his quirky jokes. Jack enjoys winning at whatever activity he is involved with, and he does not mind a little competition.
Jack has an open mind and is willing to try new things and foods with few exceptions. With regard to the future, Jack is not quite sure about his plans, but would like it to somehow revolve around his interests in fishing and sports. Overall, Jack has great personality and a genuine love for people. He is smart, outgoing and has many different interests that he would like to share with others.
This young man would definitely bring a lot of positive energy to a potential family. He would also greatly benefit from a family that can demonstrate both an interest and commitment to the things he is most passionate about. Jack has some siblings that he should remain in contact with via the telephone.
