Oei Mae is a beautiful child with special medical needs. She is diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, Myoclonic Seizures, and Developmental Delays and requires close supervision due to her recurrent seizures. Oei is able to say single word phrases and ambulate mostly independently. Oei has regular eating and sleeping patterns. She is a charismatic and energetic child and enjoys and seeks out attention from those around her.
