Carmen is a kind and loving youngster who has worked hard in making positive strides for himself. He sometimes needs to be reminded to be careful as he is not always aware of his own strength when playing with others. As he continues to grow and mature, he needs a family to help guide his steps. A committed family that can provide a lot of structure and supervision will be most beneficial for Carmen. Carmen is one of 12 children, 5 of which are also in care. Carmen would very much like to stay connected to his siblings so an understanding family that can help facilitate these important relationships would be ideal.
