Danielle represents a fine example of resilience, as this teen has endured some traumatic experiences in her life. Through therapy, she has made remarkable progress in dealing with her tumultuous past and in finding constructive avenues to express her feelings.
Aspiring to be a lawyer and one day raise a family of her own, Danielle enjoys school and takes pride in serving as a positive peer for others to follow. She likes math and history classes the most. She is a member of the school band performing as part of the Color Guard.
Danielle has a host of favorite things to do, including shopping, going to the movies, skating, bowling and hiking. She is also a big fan of the movie/book "Beauty and the Beast," and loves the television shows "Charmed" and "Buffy, the Vampire Slayer." She has a good sense of humor and loves to laugh and expose her very beautiful smile. Her favorite actor is Brad Pitt and a favorite singer is Beyonce.
Due to past history Danielle can be shy and reserved, so it may take some time to earn her trust. However, once that trust is established Danielle is very talkative and excited to share her interests or ask questions. In the past, Danielle has had some behavioral challenges but she has really been dedicated in turning things around and the results have been quite dramatic. Danielle likes to write and has utilized this to do daily journaling to express how she feels.
Danielle's strong desire to prevail has helped her to rise above great adversity in her life. Affectionate, thoughtful and caring, Danielle is deserving of a family that will understand her reluctance to trust at times and provide a safe and nurturing haven for her to feel encouraged and loved. She wants a family who will do things together and be open to talking things out peacefully when challenges arise. With a committed family on her side, Danielle is destined to be victorious in fulfilling her life's purpose, goals and dreams!
