Kenyon
When asked to describe himself this is part of what Kenyon had to say “I’m funny and smart. I like to laugh. I like to play basketball and go bowling. I like to play sports.” A very bright child, Kenyon’s favorite school subjects are math and social studies. Kenyon participates in therapy to help him deal with his early life experiences and the resulting behaviors.
When asked what makes her smile, Kayla answered “when people tell funny jokes, shopping, getting my nails done; having a nice family.” She also said “I like to look cute.” In school it is noted that Kayla is a very enthusiastic learner who sometimes needs refocusing. Therapy is also helping her deal with an unstable past. Family is very important to these children. They are happily getting to know each other again after being reunited in placement. A strong, loving and supportive family would do well for these siblings.
