Maria Elena is smart 15 year old girl whose favorite pastime is talking on the phone with friends, walking around the mall and selecting her outfits for school. Maria Elena will take into consideration what others have to offer. Some of the other activities Maria Elena enjoys are taking walks, swimming, and helping with chores around the house. Maria Elena can be bashful when it comes to talking about her feelings, but will do so when she feels secure and validated. She is a good student though she sometimes requires encouragement to stay focused,especially because homework is not her first priority. Although Maria Elena might not always do what is right, she is a child who is easy to work with because she is open to suggestions and change.
